Joyful Science Learning Workshop at Ek Tara

Ek Tara hosted a two-day “Joyful Science Learning” workshop in collaboration with the Science Communicators Forum (SCF). Held in the Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) Lab, the workshop engaged 20 students from Grade 8 through hands-on experiments and creative science activities.

Students explored key concepts, including sound, magnetism, and reflex action, by designing 16 simple models using everyday materials. The sessions encouraged critical thinking, teamwork, and curiosity, making science both fun and meaningful.

The workshop concluded with a student-led science exhibition, where participants showcased their models and shared the knowledge they had gained.
