Capacity Building Workshop
Ek Tara hosted a three-day training session focused on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN). The program zeroed in on key elements of classroom management. Seventeen educators from eleven different KMCP schools took part in this event. The goal was to arm these educators with essential skills and insights into understanding classroom management fundamentals, spotting management issues, implementing effective strategies, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
The training was super interactive, featuring ice-breaker activities, group discussions, hands-on group tasks, demo practice sessions, and personal assessments. These engaging activities gave educators practical experience and motivated them to boost their classroom management skills, ultimately leading to better learning environments for their students.
