First Aid Box Management Training: Building Confidence & Care

We know that keeping our children safe takes more than just good intentions — it takes knowledge, teamwork, and preparation. That’s why our team came together for a First Aid Box Management Training session designed to help staff feel confident and capable in any minor medical situation.
The training brought together team members who handle First Aid. The session was hands-on and practical — covering how to manage everyday concerns like burns, cuts, and nosebleeds, while encouraging everyone to share their own experiences and learnings from real-life scenarios.
Together, the group openly discussed the challenges they face — like unclear communication or not knowing who’s available to help. By the end of the session, they had come up with simple powerful solutions: keeping a logbook, assigning backup staff, and making sure the right people are informed when a child needs care.
With these skills in place, our team is now better prepared — not just with tools, but with the calm and clarity needed to support every child, every day.
