Roshni’s Story of Resilience

Some journeys don’t make noise. They unfold quietly—in classroom corners, in late nights over textbooks, and in the simple choice to wake up and try again. Roshni Kumari Shaw’s story is one of those quiet, powerful transformations.

Now in her final year at Loreto Convent, Entally, Kolkata, Roshni recently earned a Certificate of Merit, a medal, and a book for scoring 70% in Class 11. But that number isn’t just a result—it reflects every time she chose not to give up.

Her path hasn’t been easy. Like many students, she has faced self-doubt and pressure. There were days when stepping back would have been easier. But she kept going—one chapter, one test, one day at a time.

Slowly, things began to change. She started trusting herself, finding discipline in her studies, and learning not just for marks, but for her own growth.

Roshni’s journey reminds us that success isn’t about being the best—it’s about showing up, staying consistent, and becoming a little better each day.

At Ek Tara, we celebrate Roshni not just for her achievement, but for her resilience. Behind that medal is a story of quiet strength—and a future that is steadily taking shape.
