Mahadevi Birla Carnival
There was art, music, a lot of dancing and games!! We attended the carnival organised by Mahadevi Birla World Academy, over the weekend!! “Ring Toss” was the main highlight; some of us were really good at it and won wonderful treats!
J.D. Birla Sports Meet
The children took part in the J.D. Birla Institute sports meet this year. Though they did not win anything but they really enjoyed the event and participated in the various races and games.
Republic Day Celebration by Fly Higher India
A big thank you to all the volunteers from Fly Higher India for the fun and interactive session on Republic Day. The children made flags, played games and learnt about the constitution of India.
Eco Park Visit
Volunteers and Edugreen Initiative organised a nature study trip to Eco Park. The children had the opportunity to visit the Rose Garden and the Butterfly Park. There were games and sports activities and yummy treats for all.
Heritage Picnic
203 children went on a picnic at the Heritage School. Early in the morning, the children were engaged in playing games like badminton, football and run and catch.
Robotics Workshop
Our teachers were busy tinkering away. They took part in a fun interactive robotics workshop. Elements from the session will be implemented in our curriculum, to make learning more fun!!
Christmas Treat at The Daily Kolkata

Christmas Concert
Our Montessori children performed a musical called “Anne’s Kitchen”. They did a wonderful job and all our children had a blast!!
TSK25K
Ek Tara was one of the charity partner in the TATA Marathon held in December. The children took part in the 5K Anando run where they dressed up as their role models.
Annual Concert
We conducted our annual concert at Indus Valley World School on the 15th of November. 200 children took part in the event which was an adaption of “The Jungle Book”.
